Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KeyClaude website at keyclaude.comand any related ordering, payment, and support services (collectively, the “Service”). By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

KeyClaude operates as an independent digital marketplace and reseller of premium AI subscriptions and developer API credits. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or the official store of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, Cursor, Midjourney, or any other third-party AI provider whose products we offer.

When you purchase through KeyClaude, you are buying access arranged and fulfilled by us. Your use of the underlying AI platform remains subject to that provider's own terms, policies, and acceptable-use rules.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate order and contact information
• Comply with applicable laws in your country or region

You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing and using AI subscriptions or API credits is lawful where you live.

3. Products and services

KeyClaude sells two distinct categories of digital products. They are separate offerings and are not interchangeable unless explicitly stated on a product page:

• Chat subscriptions — plans such as ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Gemini Advanced, typically activated on your existing account with the relevant provider
• API credits — developer API keys with prepaid balance for building applications, delivered separately from chat subscriptions

Product descriptions, delivery methods, included features, and estimated fulfillment times are shown on each product page and at checkout. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

4. Orders and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay — we do not add hidden fees at checkout.

We accept payment methods including:

• Direct cryptocurrency (such as USDT and USDC)
• Binance Gift Card
• Credit and debit cards processed through Stripe
• PayPal, where available

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Card and wallet details are processed by those providers; we do not store full payment credentials on our servers.

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received or, for methods requiring manual verification, once we approve the transaction. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Delivery and fulfillment

Most orders are fulfilled within approximately five minutes of confirmed payment. You will receive an email confirmation with delivery or activation instructions.

Delivery methods vary by product and may include:

• Activation on your existing account with the AI provider, where you retain control of your login credentials
• Workspace invites or seat credentials for team plans, where applicable
• API keys and prepaid balance sent to your email for API products

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and any information required to complete activation. Delays caused by incorrect details, provider outages, or actions on your account outside our control are not considered non-delivery on our part, but we will still work with you in good faith to resolve issues covered by our guarantee.

6. Your responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Keep your email and order information accurate and up to date
• Use purchased access only for lawful purposes and in line with the relevant AI provider's terms
• Not resell, share, or redistribute delivered credentials or API keys except as permitted by the product you purchased
• Not attempt to circumvent security, abuse refund policies, or place fraudulent orders

For most subscription products, we do not ask for your password. You should never share your account password with us or with any third party claiming to represent KeyClaude.

7. Refunds, replacements, and guarantee

We stand behind every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your order is not delivered within the stated timeframe or does not work as described on the product page, contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds or replacements are generally not available when:

• The product was delivered and activated correctly, but you changed your mind or no longer need it
• Access was suspended or limited by the third-party provider because of your violation of their terms
• You provided incorrect information that prevented delivery and did not correct it after we contacted you
• The refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase

8. Subscriptions and renewals

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, purchases are for the subscription term or credit bundle shown at checkout (for example, one month of ChatGPT Plus or a fixed API balance). Renewals are not automatic through KeyClaude unless we explicitly offer a recurring billing option for a product.

If access is activated on your existing account with a third-party provider, ongoing billing or renewal settings on that platform are managed according to that provider's own policies.

9. Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on third-party AI platforms, payment processors, and infrastructure providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, feature updates, account suspensions, or policy enforcement.

Any dispute you have with a third-party provider about the underlying product should be directed to that provider. We will assist where reasonably possible for orders fulfilled through KeyClaude.

10. Intellectual property

The KeyClaude name, branding, website content, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party AI platforms, specific model availability, or that a product will meet every personal use case.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate, but third-party providers may change features, limits, or pricing without notice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeyClaude and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service or any third-party AI platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a higher limit is required by mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or refuse service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or harmed other customers or our operations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations for completed orders, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory local consumer protection rules apply in your country, those rules take precedence over conflicting provisions in these Terms.
